Age: 11 - 17 years of age as of February 22, 1998
Classifications: Class A - Pre-novice: Singles, 2 Male - 2 Female; 1 Free Skate Pairs;
1 Dance Pair
Class B - Juvenile A: Singles, Male - 2 Female; 1 Free Skate Pairs;
1 Dance Pair
Eligibility Restrictions: Class A - Pre-novice;
Ladies/Men Single - Skaters must have passed the complete Pair Test but no higher complete Pair Test
Pairs - Skaters must have passed the complete Pre-novice Competitive Pair Test but no higher complete Pair Test
Dance - Skaters must have passed the complete senior Bronze and Dance Test but no higher complete dance test than the Senior Silver Dance Test, must have not passed the Novice Competitive Dance Test.

Class B - Juvenile A
Ladies/Mens Singles - Skaters must have passed the complete Junior Bronze Free Skating Test  but no higher complete Free Skating Test.
Pairs - Skaters  must have passed the complete Juvenile Competitive Pair Test.
Dance - Both skaters must have passed the complete Junior Bronze Dance Test but no higher complete Dance test.

Skaters may select a maximum of two of the follwing events:
Class A/ Class B Ladies and Mens: Singles and Pairs, Singles and Dance
