On behalf of the citizens of the Town of Nipawin, welcome to the Saskatchewan Winter Games 1998 Home Page.   We are very excited to be hosting visitors from all over the province (and beyond) via this technology and hope you are all able to visit Nipawin in person during the games themselves.

The anticipation has been building; the organizing committee has been very busy preparing; and the athletes have been competing for the chance to participate.   Thanks to the generosity, skill and experience of the many sponsors and volunteers, the 1998 Saskatchewan Winter Games are on the way to establishing new standards of excellence in sportsmanship and hospitality.

The days are fast approaching when the Pot of Gold will be yielding its prizes to the victors.  This home page can keep you apprised of the goings on from now until 10 months after the games have been completed.

So look forward to the wonderful experiences and enjoyment awaiting . . . at the End of the Rainbow!
