| Special Olympic Age: | Special Olympic Age: 15-30 years of age as of December 31, 1998. |
| Classifications: | There will be a competitive group of 16 for each gender. |
| Eligibility Restrictions: | Athletes must be members in good standing with the
Saskatchewan Amateur Speed Skating Association; no dual memberships with other Speed
Skating Associations. Exclusions: Skaters cannot have participated in a Canadian National Short Track championship unless it was an exhibtion class (ie. PeeWee or Bantam) |
